DR. KEERTHY SUNDER – OUR VETS HERO OF THE MONTH

Dr. Sunder is a trailblazer for new modalities in healing. His “Resiliency Challenge” is designed for Vets suffering from PTSD. The program includes guided meditations, journaling, active coaching, a downloadable app for monitoring progress, and more. He also understands how important sharing stories are for Vets so they can experience truly carthartic emotional releases. He’s a good man doing good work for Vets and others.

This photo was taken at our December retreat, to stand in solidarity with those 200 or more veterans who traveled to Standing Rock to join the pipeline resisters there.
